  • The school does not accept same day request, except in to fullfil operational needs.
  • All requests received before 4PM will be processed on the same day.
  • All requests received after 4PM will be processed on the following day.
  • It is your responsability to validate that your request has been processed.
  • In the event your request was not accepted you will receive an email explanation, and you must respect your original offer of service.
